One account, another device

The journey follows the account through an explicit save and handoff.

Save the current journey

Before changing devices, use the account’s save-for-another-device action. This gives the game a chance to confirm the latest character version instead of relying on an older cloud snapshot.

Open the same account

Sign in on the other device and select the same character slot. The public Play link opens the game in a separate tab on the same site. The website itself does not claim a character or overwrite a save.

Resolve conflicts deliberately

If a cloud conflict is reported, inspect the available recovery and export options. Do not replace progress casually just to dismiss a message. The system preserves a local copy so a connection issue does not silently decide which journey to keep.

Keep the slot consistent

An account can contain several characters. Moving from phone to desktop does not mean starting a new slot: select the same name and slot after signing in. Gold, equipment and character progression follow that character, while the account store remains shared. The language choice can change without creating a separate journey.

Wait for a save confirmation, not a replay

The handoff action confirms the latest progress before ending play on the old device. If that confirmation fails, the local journey remains recoverable. This save confirmation is different from waiting through a replay of an absence. A conflict message deserves a deliberate choice of the correct copy rather than repeated clicks on replacement.
