Wake of Ages is in development. This notice explains its current status; the full operator-specific terms of service are still being prepared.
Current access
Registration is currently intended for adults aged 18 and over. Accounts require an email confirmation. A display name is sufficient; a legal name or identity document is not requested by the registration form.
Rules and changes
The game rules explain fair use, local combat, automatic hunting and public rankings. Content, balance and technical systems may change during development. Changes are announced in the journal. Virtual progression and items have no promised cash value.
Purchases
Since 1 October 2026 ruby packs are sold for US dollars through Stripe’s checkout. The product, total price and seller are shown before payment; rubies are a licence to use in-game content, not money, and cannot be exchanged back for cash except under the refund conditions on the payment information page. Since 2 October 2026 a monthly Premium membership (US$ 4.99) is sold through Stripe: it renews automatically until cancelled through the Stripe customer portal, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and its benefits, limits and refund conditions are described on the payment information page. Premium sells time and convenience only; it never sells power or exclusive content.
Equipment packs and elixirs
Rubies can buy random equipment arsenals, fixed resource packs and temporary progression elixirs. Equipment odds, quantities, ruby costs and level requirements are shown before confirmation and described on the payment information page. Random pieces can repeat and need not improve an existing build. These virtual items have no cash-out or resale service. Their equipment qualities, resources and elixir grades can also be obtained through play. A completed pack purchase has a stored result; reconnecting does not reroll it or authorize another charge.
World chat and administrative gifts
The World channel is public to signed-in players and subject to the game rules. Players can report messages and mute authors; moderators can delete messages and restrict posting. Do not share personal information, impersonate others or harass players. Gifts from the Game Master carry a delivery receipt and reason. A gift of Premium days does not create a recurring subscription; paid subscriptions require a separate Stripe checkout.
Who operates the game
Wake of Ages is operated by Henrique Rodrigues, an independent developer. Support and privacy contact: support@wakeofages.com. Requests about an account, its data or a deletion go to that address and are answered by a person.
Information still required
Retention periods and a self-service process for account data requests are still being finalized. This notice does not claim to be a complete consumer contract or privacy compliance assessment.
Rights and privacy
Nothing on this page is intended to remove mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. The privacy notice describes the data flows implemented today and identifies the outstanding information.
