A clear beginning.
These rules describe the game as it exists today. They will change as systems are added, and the journal will say when.
Age and acknowledgement
New registrations in this phase are for adults aged 18 or over. The form asks for an explicit declaration of age and acknowledgement of these rules and the privacy notice. This declaration is not identity or age verification. Current notice version: early-access-2026-09-13.
Accounts and progression
An account is required for normal play. Keep your access private and use a password that is not shared with other services. Characters, training and equipment belong to the account and character slot where they were created. Each account has eight free character slots; Premium adds two.
Combat and competition
Combat is local and player-versus-player is disabled: another player cannot attack a character or take its backpack. Death against creatures applies the penalties shown in the game.
Rankings
Rankings automatically compare eligible characters' progression. Account owners can hide all their characters in Rankings. Staff accounts do not compete. Do not cheat or exploit a defect to affect other players' records. The game is in development; balance and available systems can change, and records may be corrected when a defect is found.
Purchases
Optional ruby packs and Premium are sold in US dollars through Stripe. Read the product, price and renewal terms before paying. Purchases offer speed, convenience and cosmetics; gameplay rewards remain obtainable through play. See payments and refund information. Test balances are separate from paid rubies.
Fair use
Do not impersonate staff, harass others, attempt to access another account or abuse the service. Automatic hunting and training provided by the game are supported features; external automation that modifies the game or its saves is not.
Contacting support
Use the official support links for account or purchase problems. No staff member needs a player's password or recovery code. Do not share either in chat or a public report.
