The game keeps going while you are away

Update, 1 October: version 0.49.0 raised the offline limit to 72 hours. Version 0.48.0 is the first step of the idle-first direction announced on the roadmap. Leave automatic hunting on outside a refuge, or start refuge training, and your character keeps going for up to eight hours after you close the browser. It is free and it no longer spends AFK credit. Time beyond eight hours is lost, resting in town earns nothing, and a paid expedition never counts the same period twice.

What changed

• Automatic hunting is on by default. A new character is defended by Auto until they choose a path with Ena; after that, Auto hunts. Moving or attacking by hand takes control back. The AUTO button sits on the desktop and touch HUDs.
• Your hunt: kills, net gold, experience and equipment per hour over the last ten minutes, backpack usage and a persistent full-backpack warning.
• Automatic recycling: with default loot rules, common and uncommon pieces are recycled once the backpack reaches 70 of 80 slots. Upgrades and set pieces are kept. Custom filters are untouched.
• Return screen: after at least sixty seconds away you see what happened, what was left behind, training progress, deaths and lost time.
• Coming back outside a refuge below 35% health moves you to the last refuge with the same health and no penalty.
• The road east of the house opens with a single creature near home, and Ena lists the nine vocations before the Survivor option.
• The Box of Echoes has left the store. Rewards already delivered stay yours.

Fixes

• The false "two copies" warning after a reload no longer interrupts a journey that was already saved successfully.
• Saving resumes by itself after a connection drop, retrying every eight seconds and flushing when the browser comes back online. No need to open the Account panel.
• Leftover Portuguese lines in the English interface were replaced.
