Windows that move, feet that meet the ground
Move World chat and desktop windows by their heading, with corrected ground contact for older creature sprites and the caravan cart.
World chat, game menus and the account window can now be moved by dragging their heading on desktop. Each window remembers its position during the current session and stays within the screen when its size changes. Double-clicking the heading returns it to its initial position.
The small Move window control also supports arrow keys, Shift plus an arrow for a larger step, and Home to reset. Phone layouts keep their existing placement.
Some older creature images have one foot drawn higher than the other. Their walking animation now measures each side separately and keeps the supporting foot on the ground. This fixes airborne steps in creatures including the ice giant, manticore and chain hound without moving the entire body up and down. Shared pixel boundaries also close transparent seams between the upper and lower body.
The caravan cart now casts short contact shadows at its visible wheel and cargo supports. Its previous central shadow sat below the wheel and made the cart look suspended.
