A better fit

A leather-bound expedition journal, parchment leaves and brass controls in contained desktop windows.

The recent interface update made several desktop windows too large. Character, journal and hunting panels now return to their earlier bounded sizes, leaving the world visible around them.

The new menu artwork follows an expedition journal: dark leather, engraved brass corners, parchment leaves and clearly selected paper tabs. Two shared material textures add less than 35 KB; labels, buttons and item slots remain interactive controls.

Jewels, materials and equipment keep compact square inventory cells instead of stretching across empty space. Backpack categories sit together, worn equipment has bounded slots, and buttons use a consistent brass frame with a clearer selected state.

Field boss records place the drop button beside the complete record. All twelve bosses fit together in the standard desktop journal at 1280 by 720, without making the window larger. Smaller screens continue to adapt to their available space.

Automatic hunting keeps its recovery, equipment and potion controls together. Contracts retain their objectives, rewards and actions in complete cards, and the landscape bestiary no longer splits each creature into tiny text pages. Small signup screens also reserve space for validation messages and account actions.
